This document outlines the standard payment terms between Enki Contracting and Consulting Services Inc. (“ENKI CCSI,” “we,” “our,” “us”) and independent contractors (“Contractor”) engaged through our brokerage services.

• ENKI CCSI acts as a broker and client liaison, connecting Contractors with clients for renovation, construction, and consulting projects.
   
• Contractors agree to compensate ENKI CCSI for referral, project management, and administrative services rendered.
   

• ENKI CCSI’s standard fee is 20% (twenty percent) of the total project contract value awarded to the Contractor.
   
• This fee applies to all projects, regardless of size, scope, or duration, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
   

• Contractors must remit payment of ENKI CCSI’s 20% fee within 7 business days of receiving payment from the client.
   
• Payments are to be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD) via e-transfer, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
   
• Late payments may be subject to a 2% monthly interest charge until paid in full.
   

• Contractors must provide ENKI CCSI with a copy of the final signed client agreement and invoice to ensure transparency in project valuation.
   
• Any project modifications, change orders, or additional services billed to the client are subject to the same 20% fee.
   

• Contractors agree not to bypass ENKI CCSI by engaging directly with any client introduced by EKNICSI without written consent.
   
• Any direct engagement with an ENKI CCSI-referred client within 24 months of introduction will result in immediate invoicing of the applicable 20% fee by ENKI CCSI.
   

• ENKI CCSI is not responsible for client payments, refunds, or disputes. Contractors bear sole responsibility for their performance, warranties, and any refund obligations under their agreements with clients.
   
• ENKI CCSI’s fee remains payable regardless of disputes between the Contractor and the client.
   

• Either party may terminate the working relationship with written notice. However, the 20% fee remains enforceable for any projects already introduced or in progress through ENKI CCSI.
   

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in Ontario courts.

Acknowledgment
By accepting project referrals from ENKI CCSI, the Contractor acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this document.
